Happy Sunday Lovelies!
Hope you all had a splendid weekend as it's coming to an end.
For me, my weekend as only revolved around ''Work-work-work'' like my Bad gal Riri!
After working for approx. 10 hours I headed to the gym for a 2 hours abs workout!
No PAIN, No GAINZ!
It was fun to be back at the gym after a 5 days relaxation while in the era of my graduation.
But now, I can finally breathe!
I made a short Home workout YouTube for you all, which I filmed during the crisis of my finals whereby I couldn't head to the gym, but rather workout at home during my short breaks from studying.
These workouts did work for me, I was expecting to loose muscles or adding weight or water weight but I didn't because I kept it clean with my healthy meals and working out at home helped!
I even shared it on my Instagram page, which people did very much like!
So you all can finally give a try at home when you don't feel like heading to the gym!
