Don't Give Up!

Okay ladies and gentlemen, the truth about staying steadfast with your healthy & fitness lifestyle is being determined and being less comparing of yourself with others because it will only lead to demotion instead of uplifting you ❌

The day you stop comparing your weaknesses with other people's progress is the very moment you start to see changes in your own progression๐Ÿ’ฏ✅

Of course you'll observe obstacles along the way but that doesn't stop you from not reaching your lime light ๐Ÿ’ฏ

No one can help you reach that motion of goal you've set because it's not their own destiny, you've to work for it. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

I remember almost 2 years ago, when I started with being faithful to my Fitness lifestyle journey, most of my friends then laughed and said I'll get over it, but I didn't allow it to get to me, and now who gets to laugh⁉️ Me ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜Ž 

Even while I was recently sick one of my friend's told me on phone I told you to stop working out, and now all I've to say is and back on my feet better and stronger than my yesterday๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

I started from the bottom but I'm here, with that great zeal of continuously making my body a work of art from the gym❤️

Finally, After 16 days!

Guys, I'm back again at the gym with daily workouts except for one thing I won't train my Back for some weeks, until I'm fulling recovered.
This is what I had for dinner today, grilled chicken, I pilled off the skin haha, I haven't eaten chicken skin in 9 years, even my family members don't eat chicken skin haha! ๐Ÿ˜‚ 
So just pure protein chicken and mixed veggies salad topped with smoked salmon and cottage cheese.

For those of you who don't know or are probably new to my blog,  2 weeks ago, when do my Barbell Heavy weight Squats,  from 150kg and then back to 140kg..During my last set and precisely last Rep,  after squatting down and moving upwards to hang the barbell rod, I heard a noise from my ribs crack, was scared but summoned myself to use my last energy to hang the rod, which I successfully did. 
Then, afterwards I tried to open my weight lifting belt and I got this sharp pain, I couldn't move,the pain was increasing by the second. I was strong enough to carry myself to my place of work, then the pain tripled by hundredth my colleague called the ambulance and they drove me to the emergency ward, they attended to me ASAP with tons of painkillers and some morphine, but all that couldn't help resist the pain. 
The doctors panicked, but they did their best that day...the funniest part of it, when the ambulance attendees explained what had happened they were shocked that I could lift such weight, they even drog tested me for illegal workout supplements (urine & blood prov), and I was 100% clean! 

I'm true 100% natural bodybuilder who happens to be a very young girl sweet girl that can charm you with her looks, charisma and can also kill you at the gym. 
Never underestimate just my looks haha!

But after all said, they did x-rays upon upon x-rays, the first attempt showed only muscles, that the doctor was like Me and my co-doctor colleague where mesmerised by the x-ray you have so much muscles, we couldn't stop starring at it, we're amazed, even though it didn't show them what they wanted, until the second magnetic x-ray which showed the fracture on my last right ribs, and it pushed one of my muscle wall which led into a little blood flow in the muscle that's why my triggered horribly.
I got all the medications (drips and injections) and I almost passed out, threw up 4 times even on my way back home, but one thing for sure I had the nicest doctor and nurse who even offered me a couple of times some healthy sandwiches and a coffee. 
I always this bad luck of meeting mean ass nurses and sometimes doctors but this time it was different. 

And now, I can say to them is Thank You for doing their jobs perfectly well, that I'm in full rapid recovery at the moment.

In 2 days time, I'll be heading back to work, can't wait! 
Feel energised and renewed for everything now.

And today, it did showed, I did my hip thrusters with 190kg ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Happy Sunday Lovelies!

Hope you all had a lovely weekend like I did?! 
It was Midsummer celebration for us here in Sweden, and my brother was the host of this year's party at his house.

Back to this lovely event the food was deliciously, it was seriously food & drinks  coma! haha๐Ÿ˜‚

Even though I couldn't enjoy as much as others did, I was in pains, I didn't take my painkillers because I wanted to drink some wine, and I tried not to use my crutches that often so I felt the pain. 
But no worries I'm getting better because it's a good sign of progress!

Why You Should Consider Taking EAAs, BCAAs and Protein Powders.

I know, I've been exactly one week away from the blog.

I use this because as it states Essential Amino Acids, there are some acidic cells that our body aren't fortunate to produce themselves and in order to attain this acids, we need them from food in order to replenish our body system. 
EAAs contains majorly 
* Vitamin C 
* Amino Acids
* Beta-Alanine 
* Hydrochloride
* Green Tea Extract
* Green Coffee Extract 
* Caffeine (optional) varies from brands, but ones from Optimum Nutrition has caffeine. 

The other brand XLNT's EAA, has no caffeine, and I take it at night when I'm about to head to bed. 

Why is EAA better than BCAA?

Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are called "branched chain" because unlike all the other amino acids, their physical structure is branched.

For example, here's a simple diagram of Leucine:

So if branch chain products are missing five of the eight essential amino acids the human body requires for strength and recovery, why would anyone take them?

Because the three BCAA’s are the most important for energy production and muscle metabolism, they were heavily promoted to the bodybuilding industry and they simply caught on.

                             And taking a BCAA product can be beneficial.
But using only the three BCAA’s it is a lot like fielding a baseball team with only a shortstop, pitcher, and catcher. They may very well be the three most important positions, but you certainly can’t expect to win any game without the rest of the team.

I Did My Best.

Hi Lovelies!
Sorry for the late update!... I've been quite busy today(now yesterday in Sweden) but not busy to forget you all, I had you in my thoughts. 
My day hasn't been the best of days but I'm grateful to God who allowed me see this very day and conquered it in the best way I could today.

I woke up late due to chatting late night helping out an Instagram follower, from Australia, on her personal workout and diet plan. 
But I made sure I went to the gym, there isn't an excuse that would make me miss hitting the gym. 
I also worked today at my second job, you know, I'm a workaholic, afterwards I went to the gym again for my second session workout, before I went for some grocery shopping and then headed home. 
Now, I'm chilling in bed, listening to Future's latest album track, and planning my tomorrow.
Oh that reminds me Lovelies! ..A lot of you have requested me blogging about healthy meals and the basic good info to know about when wanting to live up to the healthy lifestyle.
I'll surely do that, because the request has increased in surplus, so I'll do my best to inform you well. 

For now,  the pictures above were taken before workout and one after my last workout session at the gym, I did my Booty workout in the morning & Legs later in the evening, and the last picture was my lunch at work, which consisted of highly enriched protein & vitamins  veggie mixed salad. This is basically what I eat every lunch๐Ÿ‘…

Now, I'm try finish up with planning stuff and head to bed, in order to get re-energised and feel refreshed for the gym again.

Let The Day Begin.

Back at it again Lovelies!
Who else has a LOVE & HATE kind of moment with Mondays like I do?!
I love Mondays because I get to get my ass bed off the bed and start planning off the rest of my week, by actually first doing my morning rituals which is, being at the gym by 5:00am, and afterwards, start checking my emails and marking out fixed plans and making new ones! 

Today being Monday, as my workout sessions always consists of 2 sessions (Mornings & Evenings), my Monday morning session are always Back, Shoulders, & Arms.
Evening session is all about ABS!๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ

Today, I woke up by 4:10am, left for the gym 4:46 and got there at exactly 4:03am.
Started off with some warmups, then got into the main business on getting them GAINZ! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
Also filmed, which I'll soon upload on my Official Fitness Instagram Page and then later this evening I'll upload the compiled workouts videos I filmed today for my YouTube lovers! 

When I got home, I arranged my room even though I know I'm going to turn it upside down in a couple of hours hahaha! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Then I jumped into my bed, ate my favourite snack :- Rice-cake topped with peanut butter spread and banana๐Ÿ‘…

Now, I'm just chilling in my bed, writing this lovely blog post to share with you all my darlings.
Afterwards, I'll take a power nap and when I wake watch Bachelorette season 13, Love me some Rachel! Independent educated women cheers!๐Ÿฅ‚

Today's my off day from work, so I'm going to just relax and keep it all calm before the storm (work) tomorrow!..haha! 

I have a surprise to announce to you dearies!.. It's a dream collab!. ..I'll keep it there for now.
