Is Bulking Up A Good Thing?

What Is Bulking ? 

-  Bulking is all about going up in your calorie intake i.e eating food with a higher calories and should be clean carbs. 

What Are Clean Carbs? 

When I say clean carbs, I mean carbs such as whole-grain, rice either (brown or white), starchy vegetables, healthy fatty food (soups, home-made prepared meals). 
❌Fast-Food meals like Doubled-Burgers, French-Fries, Unhealthy Snacks or Sodas!🚫

Is Bulking Up A Good Thing?

So here the thing you need to know when considering bulking up; 

- If you're able to control your weight both in increasing and decreasing in body fat, then you can the step in bulking.

- Bulking helps perfectly in striving to have and build up your body muscles especially, giving you high 
metabolism and by eating too clean fatty foods you'd gain more fatty acids your body needs to build up your muscle sells.


When bulking, proteins are a must, because they contain the essential vitamins that helps build up bigger muscles. 
So DON'T miss your Protein Powder shakes, and meals that are highly enrich with proteins and vitamins such like Tuna-fish, Chicken (preferably without the skin), Rice, Potatoes,Vegetable/Salads.

* Right now I'm bulking, I weigh a 65kg, in competition seasons I weigh 60kg down till 58kg. 

* I don't miss my proteins on daily basis and My EAA (Essential Amino Acids).
* I use Optimum Nutrition's Whey Gold Standard Protein. 


- If you aren't good in controlling your body weight, try NOT  to bulk excessively. 

A good tips in order to control your body weight, try and pull up your weight with an extra 2kg by eating your normal 3 square meals and drink loads of water regularly on daily basis within 10 days .

Whilst doing this try to workout at least 2 times a week.

After your 10 days, try to increase your workout schedule for the next coming 10 days.

Do your workouts as planned, eat regularly, decrease a bit of your water intake. 

After the first 5 days weigh yourself to see if you reduced in weight. 


              Water is the most easiest substance to shred out from our body either through sweat or urine. 
                                    So it's on a safe place to use it when you want to try bulking up.

                                      When Is The Best Period For Bulking?

  Winter period is the best period for bulking. You don't bulk when it's Summer, Time to show off    
       your revenge body!..And it helps prevent you from feeling unnecessarily feverish!

On My Day 1.

                          So, yesterday was officially my Birthday, and the celebration started since a day before yesterday, and I'm so happy and grateful to be spending this time with friends and my brother! 😍

Yesterday, I decided to share on my Instagram 3 of my favourite pictures and the pic above happened to be the first favourite picture. 

This picture reminds me of constantly be happy with myself and embracing who I am as a person.πŸ˜ŽπŸ’πŸ½ it started 2 years ago when I went through a lot, emotional breakdown leading to depression, isolated myself from people, added drastic weight later last year I took upon myself after a break up to start partying hard but I realized that all the partying and drinking wasn't helping at all. ❌ Then I started to regain strength and faith by believing in myself and regaining strength from being at the gym! πŸ‹πŸ½‍♀️and now I've never be much HAPPIER, BOLDER, CONFIDENT,INDEPENDENT and surround myself with Amazing FRIENDS from the gym! ❤️ To see already all your amazing wishes since before today being my birthday πŸŽ‰ I'm super amazed and happy to see your love around me! ❤️❤️❤️Thank you!πŸ’‹

My Opinion Regarding This!

I've been asked a lot about waist-trainer corsets, because I've done them before. And here's a true fact about them; they actually and gradually work on giving you a bit of Curves on your waistline, but they'll NEVER give you Stomach Abs! I repeat again, NEVER can you achieve/get Abs through waist training with corset.❌ So don't deceive yourselves ladies by thinking that only with waist trainers you're going to get them Abs! ⚠️You need to do more Abs workouts at least 2 times a week of your workout schedule. To build up your ABS✅ When doing so you can then combine your waist-trainer corset the days you aren't doing abs workout session in order to hold tight to the muscle wall which you're trying to build! ✅ And MAKE SURE you EAT and DRINK lots of liquid while waist training!✅ DO NOT STARVE yourself when doing this because you're only injuring and breaking down your muscles! ❌❌ Never Sleep with waist trainer on❌ πŸ“ My major advice to you ladies, before considering a waist trainer corset, make sure you're in a complete good shape health wise, you workout regularly, have no breathing problems and know your aim fitness wise, and NEVER compare yourself with others when trying to reach a certain goal πŸ’ͺ🏽Never miss your proteins, both in food and drinks. For me, I never joke with them on daily basis. My forever protein drink is Whey Gold Standard @optimumnutrition πŸ‘ŠπŸΎ
