Well Spent Christmas.

















Hey Lovelies!
Hope you all had a well spent amazing Christmas like I did?!
I'm lucky to spend Christmas 2 times, because in Sweden where I reside, Christmas is celebrated on the 24th and whereas, we English Families, we celebrate on the 25th. So I spent the whole of 24th with my brother at his house cooking and preparing for the next day Christmas Dinner Party at a friends place. 
So on the morning of 25th Christmas Day got to exchange gifts and then spent some time with them.
Then headed to a friends Christmas Dinner Party, we all had almost food and alcohol coma there! hahaha!.. Because we're lot that brought more drinks and it turned out to be extreme! 
Instead of wasting it, we made it useful, by cheering and feel merrily.

Afterwards, we went out to party, but my dear everyone was gracefully drunk in their own way!...hahaha!😂
You can all see from the pics above!
What more can I say, but rather hope for a Fantastic year coming ahead with no limits! 🙌🏾

How Can I Easily Burn Fat?


What Kind Of Fats Do We Need In Our Body?


So Lovelies, when it comes to fat and what to eat, some people read it into a wrong meaning.

Regardless of wanting to burn fat, keep in mind that our body also needs fat but at a certain percent/level.

Our fatty acids needs some fat chained foods in order to up some tissues and muscles. 


How Can I Burn Fat Easily? 

In order to easily burn Fat, you need to curtail what kind of meals you intake to your stomach. Meals such as; 
❌Fast-Food meals like Doubled-Burgers, French-Fries, Unhealthy Snacks or Sodas!🚫


- The fat our body needs are from foods such as Meat, Chicken, Soups, Clean Carbs (Rice, Potatoes), home-made meals, Grains. 

Eating clean really REALLY helps a lot in reducing  extra body fat cells.

Are Fat Burning Supplements Good? If Yes, what kind?

- Fat burning supplements such as Slimming Teas are a total WASTE of your money!! ...

Except for Organic Green Tea, which actually helps with the digestion/cleansing of the stomach. 



What Are The Good Fat Burning Supplements.


- Fat burning pills that contain high caffeine and green extracts are actually good but should be organic, have/contain some vitamins and NO chemical extracts added to it!❌ 

I specifically use this Fat Burning pills, when cutting/shredding, BUT  I recommend that you consult a DOCTOR before using any of these, to see if it's good for you based on your health level. 




- Drinking WATER helps a lot in flossing out unwanted substances in the body.

So drink water a lot as possible as you can on daily basis!

- EXERCISES/ WORKOUTS is the final key to shredding those unwanted fat cell in the body.

Our body needs movement in order burn calories / fat and you need to sweat it out. 

Take a walk if you're less busy.

Go to the GYM or even workout at HOME.

The only problem with working out at home is, you take excuses on not to do a workout by watching a movie or sleeping.
But at the gym you get motivated by seeing others working out, which is a good thing!!

- If possible find an Inspirational Fitness Idol, whom you idolise!

Is Bulking Up A Good Thing?



What Is Bulking ? 

-  Bulking is all about going up in your calorie intake i.e eating food with a higher calories and should be clean carbs. 

What Are Clean Carbs? 

When I say clean carbs, I mean carbs such as whole-grain, rice either (brown or white), starchy vegetables, healthy fatty food (soups, home-made prepared meals). 
NOT
❌Fast-Food meals like Doubled-Burgers, French-Fries, Unhealthy Snacks or Sodas!🚫

Is Bulking Up A Good Thing?

So here the thing you need to know when considering bulking up; 

- If you're able to control your weight both in increasing and decreasing in body fat, then you can the step in bulking.

- Bulking helps perfectly in striving to have and build up your body muscles especially, giving you high 
metabolism and by eating too clean fatty foods you'd gain more fatty acids your body needs to build up your muscle sells.

PROTEIN ARE A MUST!

When bulking, proteins are a must, because they contain the essential vitamins that helps build up bigger muscles. 
So DON'T miss your Protein Powder shakes, and meals that are highly enrich with proteins and vitamins such like Tuna-fish, Chicken (preferably without the skin), Rice, Potatoes,Vegetable/Salads.

* Right now I'm bulking, I weigh a 65kg, in competition seasons I weigh 60kg down till 58kg. 

* I don't miss my proteins on daily basis and My EAA (Essential Amino Acids).
* I use Optimum Nutrition's Whey Gold Standard Protein. 

NOTE! 

- If you aren't good in controlling your body weight, try NOT  to bulk excessively. 

A good tips in order to control your body weight, try and pull up your weight with an extra 2kg by eating your normal 3 square meals and drink loads of water regularly on daily basis within 10 days .

Whilst doing this try to workout at least 2 times a week.

After your 10 days, try to increase your workout schedule for the next coming 10 days.

Do your workouts as planned, eat regularly, decrease a bit of your water intake. 

After the first 5 days weigh yourself to see if you reduced in weight. 

WHY USE WATER TO BULK FIRST?

              Water is the most easiest substance to shred out from our body either through sweat or urine. 
                                    So it's on a safe place to use it when you want to try bulking up.

                                      When Is The Best Period For Bulking?

  Winter period is the best period for bulking. You don't bulk when it's Summer, Time to show off    
       your revenge body!..And it helps prevent you from feeling unnecessarily feverish!

On My Day 1.

                          So, yesterday was officially my Birthday, and the celebration started since a day before yesterday, and I'm so happy and grateful to be spending this time with friends and my brother! 😍


Yesterday, I decided to share on my Instagram 3 of my favourite pictures and the pic above happened to be the first favourite picture. 

This picture reminds me of constantly be happy with myself and embracing who I am as a person.😎💁🏽 it started 2 years ago when I went through a lot, emotional breakdown leading to depression, isolated myself from people, added drastic weight later last year I took upon myself after a break up to start partying hard but I realized that all the partying and drinking wasn't helping at all. ❌ Then I started to regain strength and faith by believing in myself and regaining strength from being at the gym! 🏋🏽‍♀️and now I've never be much HAPPIER, BOLDER, CONFIDENT,INDEPENDENT and surround myself with Amazing FRIENDS from the gym! ❤️ To see already all your amazing wishes since before today being my birthday 🎉 I'm super amazed and happy to see your love around me! ❤️❤️❤️Thank you!💋

My Opinion Regarding This!



I've been asked a lot about waist-trainer corsets, because I've done them before. And here's a true fact about them; they actually and gradually work on giving you a bit of Curves on your waistline, but they'll NEVER give you Stomach Abs! I repeat again, NEVER can you achieve/get Abs through waist training with corset.❌ So don't deceive yourselves ladies by thinking that only with waist trainers you're going to get them Abs! ⚠️You need to do more Abs workouts at least 2 times a week of your workout schedule. To build up your ABS✅ When doing so you can then combine your waist-trainer corset the days you aren't doing abs workout session in order to hold tight to the muscle wall which you're trying to build! ✅ And MAKE SURE you EAT and DRINK lots of liquid while waist training!✅ DO NOT STARVE yourself when doing this because you're only injuring and breaking down your muscles! ❌❌ Never Sleep with waist trainer on❌ 📝 My major advice to you ladies, before considering a waist trainer corset, make sure you're in a complete good shape health wise, you workout regularly, have no breathing problems and know your aim fitness wise, and NEVER compare yourself with others when trying to reach a certain goal 💪🏽Never miss your proteins, both in food and drinks. For me, I never joke with them on daily basis. My forever protein drink is Whey Gold Standard @optimumnutrition 👊🏾

How To Start The Weekend!















YAAaay!.. It's Friday!
At last weekend is here! I've been waiting for this, but I'm actually going to work tonight(5hrs shift). 
But I'm going to be free tomorrow.

The best feeling to start off the weekend is, receiving a call from DHL about your package.
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, 2 pieces from the UK and 3 from The States. 

So, the 2 pairs from the UK have arrived.
After my last lectures, I'm going to pick them up before going to work.

And don't worry, I'll make a shoe haul video as soon as I receive all of them!

Biggest PANIC!



Good morning, evening, and afternoon where ever you all my lovely readers reside! 

Something funny but yet strange and annoying happened to Me. 
I had an exam in the last lecture I had yesterday.
Only for Me, to forget my iPhone 6s charger.

I forgot it in the classroom while still connected to electricity.
I realised I forgot it around 8:30pm after my evening session workout.
The sad thing, No one in our household except for Me uses an iPhone.

So, I was practically out of reach, had no mobile contact for 12hours.
But I survived haha!!

Now, I'm going to edit some videos for My YouTube channel.

We can never resist this!








 We can never resist such an amazing weather in the month of September! Exactly three weeks ago, I was here with my best friend, paying our final tribute to 2016's summer not knowing Mother Nature had a bigger surprise for us in the middle of Fall season. We experienced 26 degrees today, and since I've sick and indoors, I didn't hesitate to go enjoy this weather with my bestie. It was about 19 degrees in the water though!   We just don't care!
