BE POSITIVE!

Happy Tuesday Lovelies! :) Hope you all enjoyed your weekend, like I did. Had some  friends who came over at my house (on Saturday), to watch a music show, we ate a family-size pizza lol!
Then Monday, I didn't really do much but had late lectures, that got me on my bed for hours..lol :D


These days, I've really strict on myself this month, going on my had diet :-

 1). Skip breakfast, but drinks loads of water, that I have a big water bottle always in my hand-bag, if possible eat an apple.


2). Eat 1-2times during the 5 working days and on saturday eat junk food baby..Lol (but eat lots of fruits as possible & water).

3). Eat once on Sundays #dinner but eat an apple.

4). Excercise like crazy daily (plank, side-plank, squats, sit-ups, press-up, mountain-climbers & many more that can give you results within weeks) and I do this each of 50 seconds to 1min.

DRINL LOADS AND LOADS OF WATER DEARIES!...IT CLEARS YOUR SKIN PORES :)


This jump-suit I sewed it myself, the design came into my mind like a touch light ..lol At the end, I decided to bring it into life, which I did. Which came out exactly how I wanted & had imagined it. Hehe!!! #ItTakesAlotOfThinkToSewPrints

WHAT WE CALL A WEEK.

Hi guys!
Remember, 2 weeks ago, I had a one week break from school, and I used the oppurtunity to braid my hair (Yeah, I did it myself), and I also did a lil shopping ( bought some cosmetics & 1 pair of black biker-chic jean ) and here are the pictures.








Off To Church, rocking it without Braids.
